At the helm of QMD, Luc Quenneville possesses a technical expertise that is much sought-after. Over the past fourteen years, his company has specialized in commercial and institutional sectors, including hotel and data centre development. Sylvain Ménard, head of Investissement SM Real Estate, is an important figure in Montreal’s business community. A resourceful entrepreneur, he brings to the consortium invaluable expertise in developing high-density residential complexes.

How the consortium came to be

QMD and Investissement SM Real Estate have cooperated on the development and construction of Mùv Condos, an exceptional project, in Rosemont, Quebec. Encouraged by the success of their first collaboration, the two companies formed a partnership in order to increase opportunities to create unique places. Today, they unite their strengths to realize important large-scale projects branding the splendour of Montreal.
